Shipping & Delivery
International Shipments: We have experienced delivery problems shipping to international locations. The best solution is to order your item(s) and have them shipped to a friend/family in the U.S. and get the items sent by your friend/family. If there are no other options we will ship the order to you, however with no guarantee. If you do not receive the product, it will not be replaced or refunded. All international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate Box and must be called in to our office at 972-937-2677.
Returns & Replacements
All returns must be shipped to ICGS, PO Box 702, Waxahachie, TX 75168

We do offer refunds, made by check, under the following terms:
• If we are no longer selling the course in the format you have, you may not return it.
• If you are unsatisfied with any product, return it within two weeks of receipt for an exchange or refund – excluding shipping charges.
• Returned merchandise must be in good, re-sellable condition.
• If you over-order courses for a class, you may return the extras for an exchange or refund –excluding shipping charges-if you return them within two weeks of the beginning of your class, but no later than 6 weeks after shipment
• A 10% restocking charge will be added to any product returned after two weeks.
• Include a copy of the original invoice showing your name, address and daytime telephone number and e-mail, so we may contact you if we have questions.
